Award Nomination

Who can be nominated

Nomination into the Abuja Real Estate & Property Award is open to property development, construction, architecture, interior design, building materials, and property marketing & management companies in the real estate sector.

The awards organizers review and assess all nominations and entries for eligibility and qualification before final shortlisting for general public voting via the official website.
We may reclassify or re-categorize nominations and entries, and may remove entries that do not meet the entry requirements.
Entries that differ from the entry guidelines will be disqualified without prior notice to the entrants.

The Award Screening Process

Three rounds, decided by the public

Round 1 — Vetting

Once nominations and entries are concluded, the awards organizers vet each nomination and entry before submitting it to the voting portal. Entries that differ from the criteria are disqualified without prior notice.

Round 2 — Publication

The successful nominations and entries into the awards are published online for voting by the general public.

Round 3 — Public Voting

The awards voting is open to the general public, within the applicable voting rules.

AREPA organizers, partners, and representatives do not influence the online voting in any way. Winners are decided entirely by the general public, based on nominees' track records and achievements.
